Superlatives

Dzielimy się z Państwem powtórzeniem stopnia najwyższego przymiotników. Oto tabela z grupami przymiotników, ich stopniami oraz sposób tworzenia stopnia najwyższego. One syllable & ending in ‘y’	high low cold thin happy	higher lower colder thinner happier	the highest the lowest the coldest the thinnest the happiest	Add ‘-er’ / ‘est’ (superlative). Double the last consonant when adjectives end with a combination: consonant-vowel-consonant (e.g.’hin’ in ‘thin’). If an adjective ends with ‘y’, change it into ‘i’ and add ‘er’ / ‘est’.

- Use ‘the’ with superlative adjectives.
- Use ‘in the world’, ‘in our class’, in my life’, ‘ever’ & present perfect simple, with superlatives, e.g.:
This is the best film I’ve ever seen.
Where is the highest mountain in the world?
