Comparatives
Dzisiaj zapraszamy do powtórzenia stopnia wyższego przymiotników. Poniżej zamieszczamy tabelę z grupami przymiotników oraz sposób tworzenia stopnia wyższego. Pod tabelą przygotowaliśmy kilka przykładowych zdań.

Double the last consonant when adjectives end with a combination: consonant-vowel-consonant (eg.’hin’ in ‘thin’). If an adjectives ends with ‘y’, change it into ‘i’ and add ‘er’. Add ‘more’ in front of the adjective and don’t change its form. |

Use ‘than’ to compare things, people, events, etc. or to say how something has changed.
Here are a few examples:
- Cherries 🍒 are sweeter than blackberries.
- Strawberries 🍓🍓are healthier than sweets🍩🧁.
- Eating fruit 🍇🍒 is better than eating sweets🍬🍭.
- Oranges are heavier than apples 🍎🍏 in the picture.
