Ingredients:
Pie crust: 180g butter 🧈 2 cups flour 1g baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 🧂 4 tablespoons cold water

Filling:
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground cloves a pinch of ground black pepper ½ teaspoon salt 🧂 2 cups pumpkin puree 1 cup condensed milk 2 eggs 🥚 🥚 If you use unsweetened milk, add ½ glass sugar.

Preparation:
1. To prepare the pie crust, mix flour, salt, baking powder. Add pieces of cold butter and knead a little.
2. Add ice-cold water and knead gently.
3. Make the dough into a ball and pat it into a disc. Place it in the fridge for one hour.
4. Remove the dough from the fridge and knead it (not too long).
5. Roll it to make a 0.5 cm thick disc. Put the disc into a baking pan and trim the edges.
6. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
7. Put a piece of parchment on the crust and pie weights or dried beans.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is almost cooked.
When the pie crust is baking, prepare the filling:
1. Mix puree, eggs, milk, spices and salt.
2. Spread the filling on the pre-baked crust.
3. Bake for approx.30 minutes at 180°C.
4. Open the oven door and wait for the pie to cool down.
5. Serve with whipped cream.
